The free version of Classic Menu for Office 2010 is on http://www.addintools.com/office2010/menutoolbar/index.html. But it only includes old menus for Word, Excel and PowerPoint. For the people who need old menus and toolbars for Visio, Publisher, Project and Access, they have to choose commercial versions.
