    Hi Deepika,

    Its a great article. But you need to correct your steps for how to use:

    Once you are done with step 1.

    Step 2: You need to click on allow in your video box to activate your webcam.

    Step 3: You need to click on invite friends in the top right corner. Everyone you invite will get a notification. And whoever click on the notification will join your hangout.

    You do not need to install any plugins to use this. It uses flash, you just need to make sure you have the latest flash version for best performance.

    P.S The steps you have discussed are the way to use skype powered facebook one to one video chat. Not group Video chat.
