The interface of this editor is divided into two sections; one for writing and other for Cognifyd score and analysis. On the top of the editor, there are four options:

When you analyze the text for any of the four sectors, this tool gives it a score out of 100 and highlights the words which can be improved. For example, in the attached screenshot, it told me that there is excessive use of 1st person and highlighted the weak word choices and spam triggering words. Along with the suggestions, it gives a report where it shows the reading level, numbers of characters, words, sentences, and paragraphs. Cognifyd uses AI to detect the tone of a text. It tells you the overall document tone and the sentence tones.
For each business sector, it gave a different score and additional suggestions to the same text. Like, for Support, it suggested me to thank the customer whereas, for the Sales, it suggested that reading level is too high for sale email.
