All that you need to do is upload an image, drag, and move the frame in the direction in which you’d like to expand it, type the descriptive text prompt in natural language and sit back and relax while the AI tool magically fills the gaps.
Extend Image is very handy and useful when you wish to rectify your embarrassing or poorly cropped photos as well as for a variety of other purposes. It allows you to fix or alter the surroundings of the object to whatever you want it to be.
How it Works:
1. Click on this link to navigate to the Extend Image tool and drag and drop your image on to the page.
2. Next, click on the ‘Extend Image’ icon which appears third from the top in the toolbar on the left of the interface.
3. Now, drag any borderline of the image to your required dimensions and input a short description that defines what should be filled in the extra space (gap) of the image by the AI algorithms. For example, you can use words like sky, grass, water, hills and more.
4. Finally, click on the ‘Generate Variations’ button and different variations of the extended area will be created in a short while. You must sign in using your Google credentials and create a free account for this process to be completed.
5. Once the Variations are generated, you can tap and view any of them and then click on ‘Ok’ to apply them to the image and save it.
6. You can now choose to expand the border of the image in another direction and repeat the above steps until the image feels complete.
7. To download the image to your computer in the PNG format, click on the ‘Download’ button at the top right of the screen.
