Recoded is a Free Online tool that you can use to make awesome Videos of your Code and use them on your website or anywhere else where you require.
There are numerous Apps available on the Web that create beautiful images of your Code but none of them generate Videos of the Code.
Recoded allows you to type / paste the required code and render it into an MP4 video easily and quickly. Additionally, you can configure the color of the Code Snippet, Background color, Padding size, Language of the Code, and the Frame Duration.
How it Works:
1. Navigate to Recoded using the link provided at the end of this article.
2. Type / Paste the required Code and adjust the Width of the snippet by dragging the handles at the left and right edges.
3. Configure the Code language, Padding, Colors, Frame duration and more using the panel at the top.
4. Check if the Code and all the configuration details are correct and click on ‘Export VID’
5. It will take a while for the Video to be generated at the end of which it will automatically be downloaded to your local disk in the MP4 format.
6. Play the video (see below) and it will appear as if the Code is being typed character by character along with the change in the color of the script based on the language that you had selected above. You can now use the MP4 file where you like it.
You can also use Recoded to upload an image of your Code Snippet in the PNG format.
