It works on Nostr (Notes and Other Stuff Transmitted by Relay) which is a decentralized network protocol for a distributed social networking system.

1. Click on this link to navigate to You are not required to register or sign up for a free account to use this product.

2. Click on ‘Create Form’ in the top navigation bar, assign a Name and Description for the form and choose if you wish to make your responses public. To start adding questions to the form, click on the ‘+’ sign at the bottom.

3. Now, type / paste the content of the question, choose the input type such as Short answer, Paragraph or Choice (radio button) and click on ‘Add Question’ to add the question to the form.

4. Click the ‘+’ button at the bottom once again and repeat the above procedure to add as many questions to the form as you like.

5. Once you have added all the questions click on ‘Save Form’ at the bottom of the page to save the form.

6. Once the form has been saved and published, the URL will be displayed on the screen. You can share it with the people whom you want to fill the form. You can also choose to save the form locally by clicking on the corresponding button.

7. If you have not chosen to make the responses of the form public in step no 2 above, a private key will be generated that must be used to access the responses.

8. Once people started filing the form you can view their responses by clicking on ‘View Form Responses’ in the top navigation bar. Your saved forms can be accessed by clicking on ‘My Forms’ in the navigation bar.

Closing Comments: is a work in progress and hence the UI and other features are still not up to the mark. Nevertheless, it works, and you can design and publish simple forms using this application as we have seen above. Hopefully, the developers will improvise and enhance its features soon.
