Squarespace Note is a free iPhone app to share notes on Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive. You can also share your notes on mail, Facebook, Twitter, and Squarespace account from the app. The best part is that this app lets you share your note simultaneously on all of these services in a single swipe. You can also enable/disable any of the services as per your preference. You only have to remember that app sends notes to all enabled services just when you swipe on screen. The app even provides you with different settings for each of the service for personalizing the sharing experience. You can also check all notes shared by you from History section, along with name of services on which it was shared.

Checking Shared Notes

Using This iPhone App To Share Notes on Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, Mail:

When you launch the app, you will see blank White colored text area with keyboard for making notes. You can see that there are no options on the interface. It is because the whole app can be accessed via swipes. All the functions of this app are swipe based. Before you can share notes on any of the services, you have to configure each of the service which you want to use.

Making Note

Swipe left for getting the list of all supported services: Squarespace, email, Dropbox, Twitter, Facebook, Evernote, and Google Drive. You can configure each of them by tapping on it and then filling the required details. You can see that there are three types of icons in front of each of the service: Plus, Black Circle, and White Circle.

Configure Service

  • Plus: This icon represents those services which have not been configured by you yet.
  • Black Circle: This icon represents those services which have been enabled by you for sharing notes.
  • White Circle: This icon represents those services which have been disabled by you for not sharing notes.

If you would like remove any of the account, then you can do so by pulling down  the screen to see edit screen. Now, you only have to tap on cross icon to remove the account.

Removing Services

Since, you have configured accounts, so its time to make notes and share them.

Swipe right to exit the account configuration screen and go back to note making screen. On this screen, start making notes just like you do normally. When you are done with note, just swipe upwards and release to share the note. Do remember, your note will be shared on all services enabled by you.

Sharing Note

If you want to see all the notes shared by you, swipe right to go to history. Here, you can see each of the note shared by you, along with date of sharing and its title. You can tap on any note to see the timestamp of sharing along with service on which it was shared. You can also edit any note by tapping on pencil icon like option at extreme right corner.
