PDForsell is a free software that allows you to merge, rotate, and split PDF files. PDForsell also comes with some handy features that should help you with basic PDF editing.
Among other things it allows you to split or merge your PDF files and quickly change the order of the pages in PDF file.
PDForsell is a new software but one can see that it has a lot of potential. If you’re constantly reading PDF documents then PDForsell is worth a try.
However, PDForsell needs Adobe Reader to be installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can use Nitro PDF Reader to view pdf files, as well as rotate them. And, you can split or merge PDF files using I Love PDF, or Adolix Split Merge PDF.

How to Use PDForsell
PDForsell is quite easy to used since it’s new and doesn’t have so many features. Also, keep in mind that the developers’ native language is not English but Japanese so you might find a few translation errors.
PDForsell’s interface is quite different from your average reader. When you launch it for the first time you should see 3 panels: One with the file’s content, one in the middle with some buttons and the last one which should display the pages.
From the panel which should be in the middle of your window you will be able to split pages, rotate and put them in order, just click on the corresponding buttons.
After you’re done editing your file you can go to the main toolbar and choose either: “Save with combine” or “Save with split”. Choose one of them according to what you have done.

The biggest drawback of this program is that it needs Adobe Reader. I prefer to use replacement for Adobe Reader. I hope developer adds capability to make this program run with other free pdf readers as well.
