Now, to schedule posts on Facebook, move to its Scheduled tab and then click on Edit button on bottom-left of the screen. It will then pop-up the interface to schedule a post. You can compose the scheduled post as you would update a post on Facebook. After composing the post in Hootsuite, select “Custom Time” option from the drop-down list right next to the send button. Now, just select the time and date at which you want your post to be automatically updated.

Note: In its free version you can add upto 3 social accounts and gives you basic Facebook posts scheduling. There was no clear written description on limit of Facebook posts that you can schedule in free version.
Schedule Facebook posts on Android using Buffer Android app:
Buffer is an another exciting Android app that you can use to automatically update Facebook posts at a particular date and time from Android. This Android app also lets you schedule photos and videos post on Facebook, in the same manner as Hootsuite android app does. So let’s see the steps to schedule Facebook posts using Buffer Android app:
Step 1: Install it from the link provided above and then authorize it to manage your posts by connecting it with your Facebook account.
Step 2: Switch to its Queue tab and click on its Edit button to compose the post. After composing, click on Schedule button to set the date and time and then click on Buffer button on top of its screen.
