InstaPic is a free photo editor app for iOS devices which helps you to edit your photos and add effects to them. Like all other Photo editing apps such as Adobe Photoshop Express, Photo Editor, PhotoFunia etc. this app also fetches photos from your library and also allows you to click photos from the camera. All the basic editing tools are available on the home screen of the app. The “Edit” button on the home screen will take you to editing page which will show you that the editing tools are powered by Aviary. You can also add text to the photo with many different fonts.
To start with this app or if you want to test this app before you try this app on your pictures, it gives you a default photo on which you can test all the features of this free photo editing app. And here I will like to mention that all the effects and features provided by this app are free of cost and unlocked to use. But you will find ads on this photos editing App. If you want ad free version of this app, then you need to pay $0.99.
The UI of this app is easy to use, choose photos from library or click new photos using the camera. To edit your photo it provides you various effects from its inbuilt Aviary Photo editor. Aviary has a number of effects and formats to edit your photos. You will find some photo editing packs unavailable here, but as I have mentioned earlier that all the effects provided by this app are free, so you won’t need to pay a penny to install these missing effects, just tap to install them.
Although the feature to add text to the image is also available in the Aviary Photo editor, but you can also add text from the home page of this app. Choose the font, font color and assign the location to the text you have written with the tools given on the homepage of this app.

The Final Note:
InstaPic is a free app to edit your photos using the inbuilt Aviary photo editor. One thing I didn’t like about this app is the add text feature being available on the homepage of this app. I found it unnecessary as the add text feature is also available in Aviary Photo Editor, and is much better than the text editor provided by the app.
