InstantMask is a free software that helps you remove the background from your pictures.

What you have to do is very simple. You have to draw a rough outline within the foreground of your picture with green color crayon and one in the background with red color, just adjacent to the picture and leave the rest to InstantMask.You can see the preview as well and if you don’t like it you can go back and zoom in or out and refine your outlines.
