Wikiprint is a free open-source and very simple tool that enables you to get a lovely printer-friendly version of any Wikipedia article without testing the endurance of your ink cartridge. It strips out the images, summary tables and the large number of references and citations that Wikipedia includes by default.

Basically, you can take a printout of any Wikipedia article using Ctrl + P but when you see the print preview it includes all the tables, citations, images and more that make the page appear cluttered and messy at times. This can also be a drag on your printer if you are used to taking prints of Wikipedia pages regularly. This is precisely where Wikiprint steps in and offers you a simple solution – a neat printer-friendly Wikipedia page that looks simple yet beautiful, by cutting out all those elements that may not be important from the point of view of printing and documentation.

Closing Comments:

Wikipedia articles do not appear attractive when printed due to the presence of tables, images, citations, and considerable amounts of jumbled text. Wikiprint offers a good solution to convert them to good-looking and printer-friendly pages that you can quickly print for the sake of documentation or for any other purpose. It is also easy on your ink cartridge if you are used to taking regular Wikipedia printouts.
