This tutorial explains how to copy code from GitHub, Stack Overflow to clipboard in 1 click. Here I will talk about a simple Chrome extension, Cliborady which can do it. You can easily copy code snippets posted on Stack Overflow and GitHub pretty easily. And not only copy but if you just want to select code then you can do that. In just one click, you can copy the whole code snippet and then use it wherever you want. Additionally, it also keeps the list of all the copied snippets on its interface in case you need them later.

Go to any page on Stack Overflow website and locate any posted code snippet that your want to copy. If the installation is successful then you will see 3 small icons in front each snippet you see on the Stack Overflow page. To copy a code snippet, simply click on the copy icon and then it will put that code on clipboard. And if you just want to select the code then click on the cursor icon.

It works in the same way on GitHub. Just copy code from the main repository page and then let it send that to the clipboard. On GitHub, you will also see the option to select code rather than copying it. However, the option to shirk code is not available on the GitHub.
