(Don’t worry, the answer lies in this article itself). An online brainstorming tool can have a very wide definition. But, as I said earlier, the answer lies in the article itself. Here, by brainstorming tools I mean an online platform where you can combine with your partners, colleagues, friends etc. and share ideas about various projects etc.  The websites provide you with multiple features to share your ideas, and all this can be done for free. Images of different file formats like JPG, PNG, and more can be added, and to share a video from YouTube or Vimeo, you just have to enter the URL. Although the website has reserved some of its features for paid users, the free account has some noticeable features as well. A total of 5 people can join in an online discussion and share ideas via documents, media, etc. Yes, the website allows you to upload documents, media files, etc. It provides you a total of up to 1Gb free space. The information is shared in real time and each participant can participate actively. The ones who are not in your 5 member list can also receive details of your discussion through email digests.

My next addition in this online brainstorming tools list is Realtime Board. It comes with a long list of useful and easy to use features. You can start by creating a new board and sharing it with as many partners as you want. The visibility of the board can be set as public or private by you. To share ideas, a whole lot of features are available. You can upload images, PDF documents, sticky notes, and more. Documents from Google Drive can also be shared, and there are text boxes that can be used to chat with others. The board on the website also looks very pretty and there are a few templates to choose from. All the work and ideas you share on the board can be exported as one image file or PDF file.
