UbiMeet (beta) is a free website to create and keep track of your meetings. For each individual meeting, you can set multiple agendas, add decisions to take, and insert action items that can help to make the meeting successful. You can also invite others to let them add attachments to a particular meeting, assign them action items, and decisions.

It also comes with a fantastic feature that lets you integrate your Google Drive and Google Calendar with your UbiMeet account. As a result, you can access all your Google Calendar meetings on its interface and set agenda and other things in those meetings. Moreover, new meetings created by you are added automatically to your Google Calendar.

  • Meeting agenda reminder and meeting summary can also be sent to you in your email account.
  • You can download meeting data as PDF file.
  • You can also review previous meetings to check for pending agendas, action items, etc.
  • You can delete meetings anytime you want.
  • Feature to send meeting agenda and/or meeting summary to invitees (as an email) is also available.

Create and Track Meetings Using This Free Website:

Go to the homepage of this website and request for an access. You will soon get the invitation and then you will be able to sign up for a free account. If you want, you can sign up with your Google account to integrate Google Calendar. After this, it will show the list of past and upcoming meetings.

Now use CREATE MEETING option and add meeting details. You can add invitees (their email addresses), meeting title, objective, date, start and end time, repetition (if needed), and create your meeting. Invitees will receive the emails to check meeting details. However, to add attachments, and other stuff, they must create the accounts.

When the meeting is created, you can add agendas. Under each individual agenda, you can add decisions, and action items. An action item can also be assigned to a particular user.

That’s it! In a similar way, you can create and track meetings.

Whenever you have to check for pending agendas, action items, etc., for a meeting, just access that meeting and you can view pending items at the right side. You will also find options to download the meeting data, delete the meeting, and send meeting summary or agenda to someone.
