DiaryMemo is a free online video diary service where, instead of typing out what happened to you during the day, a video diary can be recorded and kept. Since this is an online service, everything can be done using only the web browser, there’s no need to install anything, apart from Flash.

Update: (August 19, 2013) The service has changed its brand name from DiaryMemo to Mindlogr. You can now access it here.

The only other thing that’s required is a webcam, obviously, and a decent Internet connection, so that everything runs smoothly.

To use DiaryMemo you first need to create an account. When logging in for the first time, introductory diary recording will be offered to you. If the webcam is connected and setup properly, this free online video diary should detect it automatically.
