Livestation: Watch Live TV Online and on Desktop

We have already reviewed some free software like JLC Internet TV and anyTV Free to watch online TV free. Livestation is another free software that lets you watch free online TV. Livestation is a platform that allows you to watch free live television and radio broadcasts in a peer to peer data network through its free Desktop Player.

Livestation has a built in player which allows you to choose from a variety of channels. You can use Livestation to listen to news while you work or play on the computer. Livestation uses a Silverlight front end which is encoded in VC-1 format to broadcasts the television programs in a peer to peer network.

Livestation also lets you watch Free TV channels online in your browser. There are some nice News channels that I found in their Free list, such as BBC International, CNN International, Bloomberg, and CNBC.
