Symantenc has launched 2012 versions of two of its most popular antivirus products: Norton Internet Security 2012 beta, and Norton Antivirus 2012 beta. Both these products offer even more features than the latest versions of Norton Internet Security, and Norton Antivirus. The best part is that you can download both these versions completely free while they are in beta period.
When you download any of these products, you need to register online with Symantec to get the product keys for free. Symantec has not mentioned that how long will the beta period last, so use it while it lasts :)
Also, once the beta period expires, Symantec has promised to offer good discount to the beta testers. Or, you can move to some free antivirus at that time. Our favorite ones are Avast Free Antivirus, and Microsoft Security Essentials.

- Customize Control Center: You can customize the control center for a simple view, or a detailed view.
- Identity Safe alerts has become a part of Norton toolbar.

- Bandwidth Manager: Lets you manage the bandwidth that Norton and its processes use. This comes handy if you have an internet connection with limited bandwidth.
