Autoruns – Shows Applications that run when Windows Starts

Autoruns is a free system utility for your computer that lets you view programs that launch during system startup, in the order in which windows processes them. It lists registry and file locations of any start up monitor so that you can view them easily. Autoruns effectively allows you to extend the msconfig utility.

The programs included in the startup folder are Run, Run Once and other Registry keys that help you locate your temporary files so that you can delete them and boost system performance using this excellent free system tool.
