When you are browsing a website and are prompted to provide an email address, you can just right click on the email address field, and choose Less Spam to create a disposable email address for you. The best part of Less Spam is that it will always create same email address for you for a website, and a new one for each new website. In this way, you can easily keep track of all the temporary email addresses that are created, and also be sure that no email address would be shared among 2 websites.
