NTFS Undelete is a free and open source data recovery software that recovers deleted files and folders. NTFS Undelete recovers deleted files from the hard drive. NTFS Undelete can also recover files that are deleted from the Recycle Bin.

Update: NTFS Undelete is not free anymore. You can try other similar applications for recovering deleted files: Glary Undelete, Panda Recovery, and Recuva.

    What a BS. It is not free it just let you see that it is capable to recover your files but when you try that it asks for your registration.
