Multi-Filter Add-in is a free add-in for Excel which you can use in order to filter multiple items from a single column. With this add-in you’ll be able to enter multiple items that are mentioned in a column of a spreadsheet, and then you’ll be able to easily filter them and find cells where they are mentioned in worksheet. Clicking on Add to List in order to start adding the items that you want filtered to the list. After you do that, they are gonna be available on the list to the right. Filter Column is where you need to set the column that you want to filter. Select it from the dropdown menu. When you’re ready click on Apply and you will be presented with a list of filtered results.

To store and manage the filters that you’ve entered, the search terms, you need to click on Lists from the main menu, there add a name for the list, and then from the menu on the left select Save New List.
