Download Liked sound tracks on SoundCloud to DropBox:
In this recipe if you like any track on SoundCloud then IFTTT will automatically save the sound track to your DropBox account. So that you may listen to your favorite music when you want to and do not have to depend on an active internet connection to enjoy your favorite sound tracks.
If it snows then send me a SMS:
This one might just save you from major troubles. In this recipe if it snows in a particular location that you selected then IFTTT will automatically send a SMS warning to the selected phone number of your choice.
If you favorite item in Pocket then send a PDF copy to the Google Drive:
This recipe for IFTTT will covert the article to PDF that you favorite on Pocket and then upload it to a specific path in the Google Drive. So that you view and read these articles at your convenience. But one thing that I did not like is that there is a limit of 30 MB for this recipe.
Save YouTube favorites to your Dropbox:
This is my personal favorite, if you have a favorite video on YouTube it will automatically download that files to a specific path in your Dropbox folder. So that you may watch them later at your convenience. But, there is certain limitation to this download, and the limit is of 30 MB on files.
When an earthquake occurs then sent me a SMS:
The recipe watches the earthquake.usgs.gov site’s RSS feed for big earthquakes and sends you a text immediately to the selected phone number. This recipe deserves to be called a real life saver.
