First took several tries to install as it claimed I don't have an internet connection so Adobe Air cannot be installed (Adobe Air is already installed on the pc). Finally got it installed, it starts and the icon is visible in the bottom tool bar, saying its monitoring, but trying to open the application repeatedly gives an error message saying it has encountered an error, please restart.
